As the Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Consultant for the New England Patriots, the team trusted sports medicine specialist George Theodore, MD to perform foot surgery on Tom Brady after the 2010-2011 NFL Season. The procedure was conducted to resolve a persistent stress fracture in Brady’s right foot.
Brady struggled with the foot injury throughout the season. As the stress fracture persisted, it was concluded that surgery was the most suitable course of action.
